Fine Gardener/Horticulturist

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly disciplined and meticulous Fine Gardener to manage the grounds of a private estate. This role requires a professional accustomed to the standards of high-net-worth (HNW) households, where discretion, precision, and a proactive "ownership" mindset are essential. You will be responsible for the long-term health and aesthetic perfection of the estate’s landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Precision Horticulture: Execute advanced pruning, deadheading, and plant health care with an uncompromising eye for detail.

• Aesthetic Grooming: Maintain pristine hardscapes and garden beds, ensuring zero debris and crisp edging daily.

• Scientific Monitoring: Oversee soil health, integrated pest management (IPM), and irrigation calibration.

• Estate Care: Work respectfully within a private family environment, coordinating seamlessly with other household staff or estate management.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional gardening experience, with at least 2 years specifically serving high-net-worth estates or luxury properties.

• Discretion: Proven track record of working in private environments with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

• Technical Skill: Deep knowledge of local flora and formal gardening techniques (hand-pruning is a must).

• Security Clearance: Must be willing to undergo a comprehensive criminal background check and credit check.

• Legal: Employment is contingent upon the signing of a comprehensive Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect the family’s privacy and security.
