We are seeking a dedicated and professional Housekeeper to oversee all aspects of household cleaning and care across two residential properties located within a five-minute distance. The ideal candidate will ensure each home is maintained to the highest standards, keeping spaces impeccably organized, clean, and well-functioning throughout the week.
This role requires a flexible schedule, with primary hours Monday through Friday and occasional availability on weekends and evenings. Key responsibilities include thorough home cleaning, laundry management, care and upkeep of outdoor areas, and assistance with family events, including cleanup following Friday night dinners.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general housekeeping duties including cleaning, washing dishes, making beds, laundry, ironing, and general upkeep of the home.
- Assist with setting and clearing the dinner table as requested, especially on Friday evenings.
- Ensure a tidy and organized household throughout the day.
- Run errands as requested.
Requirements:
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Local to Austin, Texas
- Proven experience as a professional Housekeeper in private residences or luxury hotels
- Ability to work flexibly across multiple locations (within a 5 minute drive of each other)
- Exceptional organizational and cleaning skills
- Professional demeanor with strong personal boundaries
- Willingness to occasionally support evening and weekend family events
- Reliable transportation
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly rate: $36+ per hour | depending on experience
