Family-based in Palm Beach is looking to hire a humble, kind, and highly skilled Administrative Personal Assistant. The role would consist of a 50/50 split on both the personal and business side. We are looking for someone who is intrinsically organized and administrative by nature and who will thrive in a domestic environment. This is a challenging and fun atmosphere where no two days are alike! If you’re a multi-tasking unicorn who can go from helping with travel logistics, flight logs, heavy calendaring, _______ to then pivot to organizing a closet, packing suitcases, and unleashing your inner Martha Stewart then this will be a stimulating and fulfilling job for you!

KEY SKILLSETS WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 
•Strong Administrator - someone who has a logistical mindset ( itinerary building, meeting minutes, electronic file management, travel planning coordination booking cars, hotels, etc)) 
•HR Support - writing ads + posting and sorting resumes 
•Organization - meticulous by nature, both administratively and tactile from closets, suitcases or pantries
•Gifting (curating gifts, wrapping gifts, aesthetics)  
•Hands-on - A lot of this job requires someone willing to roll their sleeves up and get their hands dirty ex: packing and unpacking suitcases, helping clean and organize workspaces, etc 
•Problem solver - looking for someone who can think outside of the box, who is resourceful and creative with challenges that come their way
•Self-directed, one who can work from home with little or no direction, an individual who can maintain systems with precision but also looks to create them for effectiveness and efficiency

SCHEDULE:
The schedule will be ever-changing, so it's very important that the person in this role is flexible. This is not your normal 9-5 job. Extended hours and weekends will be required.
