Household & Management

  • Act as a point of contact and gatekeeper for the principals.
  • Maintaining day-to-day operation of the residence.
  • Train and review staff (concierge-style service and discretion are key). 
  • Set the service standard to meet the needs of the family. 
  • Oversee events and dinner parties, orchestrating staff accordingly.
  • Create weekly and monthly schedules for staff.
  • Event planning and holiday preparations. Coordinate with vendors for holiday decor.
  • Handling and caring for fine art, fine furniture, and collectibles.
  • Wine cellar and smart home systems management.
  • Source, contact, and manage vendors. 
  • Close supervision of construction and renovation projects.
  • Work with complex household systems: “smart home” systems, Vantage, HVAC, etc.
  • Oversee seasonal routines and procedures for the household interior and exterior needs.
  • Daily walk-through of the property (interior and exterior).
  • Manage petty cash: maintain and submit records and receipts.
  • Organize, package, ship, and receive deliveries and packages for households and principals.
  • Oversight of the estate’s inventory; personal items and household supplies.
  • Update and manage household manuals, policies, and SOPs. 
  • Assist the HR team of the family office with household staff hiring; Conduct live interviews. 
  • Continuously optimize the workflow & process, improve efficiency and reduce Pricipals’ Intervention.


Personal Assistant

  • Scheduling for principal’s personal and professional Google calendars. 
  • Purchase gifts; develop and maintain digital gift tracker; review and audit receipts.
  • Cross-communication with travel concierge, event planner, and accountants.
  • Assist with personal archival, filing, shipping, and return projects.
  • Organize luggage and travel arrangements of Principals for trips.
  • Greet guests and provide formal yet comfortable service during visits.
  • Collect information, and perform research and data analysis as needed.
  • Some driving/errand duties as needed.



  • 4-Year degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience working in private homes of 15,000 sq. ft or larger.
  • Outstanding references from employers. References will be verified.
  • Superb command of the English language, both verbal and written.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Possesses superior project management and time management skills.
  • Flexible scheduling with availability to work overtime and weekends as needed. A 24/7 mentality.
  • Valid driver’s license with an upstanding driving record.
  • I9 eligibility for work authorization.
  • Able to pass an extensive background check upon conditional offer of employment.
