Live Out Household Manager Encinitas, Ca

Private Spiritually Minded High Profile Gentleman looking to hire a Bright & Efficient Kind Household "Man"ager who is able to take direction without hesitation or ego, & oversee his beautiful home in Encinitas, Ca, just 20 miles North of San Diego. The Conscientious Reliable Property Manager will be responsible for scheduling all on-site service providers for the gardens, lawns, irrigation, security cameras, pool & spa maintenance, & front gate maintenance, while being aware & noticing what needs to be done on the property and brought to the owner's attention. The Go with the Flow "Rock" of the property, will also schedule appliance repairs, & any contractors (electrician, plumber) needed, along with running any errands needed. Computer tech skills and social media awareness is a definite plus.
May be asked to report at the end of each day a list of what was accomplished. A positive attitude, with clear communication, accountability, and honesty are key. Able to accomplish tasks without any fuss or complaining. Must currently reside with reasonably close proximity to residence.
