Overview
A private Ultra-High-Net-Worth household is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Home Assistant to support daily operations within a fast-paced private residence. This role is ideal for a mature, service-minded individual who works well within a team while also being capable of managing responsibilities independently. The successful candidate will demonstrate discretion, adaptability, and a consistently positive, solutions-focused attitude.

Primary Responsibilities
• Run household errands, including shopping, returns, and exchanges
• Assist with household dogs, including daily care coordination
• Perform light household chores and general household support
• Assist the Estate Manager and Housekeeper with daily operations and special projects
• Support creation, organization, and adherence to household SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Maintain household organization, schedules, and task tracking systems
• Participate in charitable initiatives, including organizing, coordinating, and supporting events
• Coordinate with household staff, vendors, and service providers
• Utilize computers and digital tools for scheduling, communication, documentation, and task management
Qualifications
• Prior experience in private homes, hospitality, childcare, or high-level service roles preferred
• Well-suited for former nannies seeking a career transition or hospitality professionals interested in private estate management
• Strong computer and technology skills (email, scheduling tools, spreadsheets, task platforms)
• Ability to take direction and adapt to established household systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform active, hands-on duties
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Schedule & Compensation
• Schedule: Monday–Friday Full time
• Pay Rate: $25–$30 per hour (commensurate with experience)
