ROTA Nanny Needed in Boston, MA - ASAP! 

• Location: Boston, MA
• Schedule: ROTA position; 7 days on/7 days off
• Children: 7 months old and 2 years old
• Duties: General childcare including engaging child/children in age-appropriate activities, driving children to and from activities as needed, and meal prep for children. Family has a housekeeper who handles the deep cleaning.
• Requirements: Minimum of 5+ years as a professional Nanny, recent experience caring for infants and toddlers, excellent references, a clean criminal record, valid US Passport and a good driving record. Ideal candidate will be loving, discreet and have a flexible and collaborative approach - must be a team player! Prior experience working with UHNW families and as a ROTA Nanny is strongly preferred, as well as education or formal training/certification in early childhood development or Newborn Care Specialist. Must have excellent communication and be looking for a long term fit!
• Pets: 1 dog
• Driving/Parking: Driving is required and Family will provide a car to use during working hours.
• Travel: Required (domestic and international)
• Additional Information: Position with rotate with another ROTA Nanny. If needed, Nanny will have private accommodations in the finished basement including a private bedroom, bathroom, sitting area and a private entrance. Mom is home but will be in and out throughout the day.
• Compensation: Competitive salary (based on experience), taxes withheld, guaranteed hours, paid time off and a health stipend
• Start Date: ASAP
