A family in Palm Beach is looking to hire a highly skilled Administrative Personal Assistant to work alongside their Chief of Staff. We are looking for someone who is kind, humble, self-driven and logistically minded. The Chief of Staff is looking for someone they can pour to and partner with. Having a sense of humor is paramount!
KEY SKILLSETS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
•Strong Administrator - someone who has a logistical mindset ( itinerary building, meeting minutes, electronic file management, travel planning coordination booking cars, hotels, etc))
•HR Support - writing ads + posting and sorting resumes
•Organization - meticulous by nature, both administratively and tactile
•Gifting (curating gifts, wrapping gifts, aesthetics)
•Problem solver - looking for someone who can think outside of the box, who is resourceful and creative with challenges that come their way
•Self-directed, one who can work from home with little or no direction, an individual who can maintain systems with precision but also looks to create them for effectiveness and efficiency
The schedule will be ever-changing, so it's very important that the person in this role is flexible. This is not your normal 9-5 job. Extended hours and weekends will be required.
