Gardener - Groundskeeper

We're Looking for a Full-Time Gardener!

A private estate in Palm Beach is excited to find a dedicated and experienced gardener to join our groundskeeping team. If you love horticulture and have a knack for maintaining beautiful landscapes, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and seasonal gardening tasks like planting, weeding, mulching, pruning, and fertilizing.
• Care for a variety of tropical and subtropical plants, shrubs, and flowers.
• Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
• Monitor plants for pests and diseases (treatments done by others).
• Assist with maintaining irrigation systems.
• Keep all outdoor areas, including gardens, walkways, and patios, clean and well-maintained.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably on a private estate or high-end property.
• Knowledge: Strong knowledge of tropical and subtropical horticulture, including local plants and soil care.
• Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and a proactive work ethic.
• Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
• Outdoor Work: Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat and humidity.
• Driver's License: Valid driver's license required.
• Language: Communicative English required.
• Flexibility: A flexible approach to work.
• Attitude: A positive attitude is a must!
