Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and efficient Assistant / Laundress to support a UHNW couple in managing household laundry, wardrobe care, and select personal assistance tasks. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to anticipate the needs of the household principals.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of household laundry and wardrobe care, including washing, drying, ironing, folding, organizing, and proper storage of clothing, linens, and delicate or designer garments.
  • Maintain wardrobe inventory, monitor items needing repair or replacement, and assist with seasonal rotations.
  • Provide personal assistance to the principals as needed, including running errands, organizing belongings, packing/unpacking for travel, light administrative support, and other household tasks as requested.
  • Anticipate household needs, work proactively, and maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in high-end household laundry, wardrobe management, or personal assistant support.
  • Knowledge of fabric care, dry cleaning procedures, and garment preservation techniques.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability.
  • Discretion, professionalism, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to run errands locally is preferred.
