Homeowner seeks experienced couple or single individual (no children) for live in caretaker position on 25 acre property in Hood River. Not necessary to have all, but applicants must have some of the following skills:
• Property Manager – maintenance, repairs, guest coordination, contractor supervision, etc.
• Housekeeping– Cleaning, laundry, shopping, errands, guest services, etc.
• Cooking – meal preparation, baking
• Gardener – general landscape maintenance, irrigation, organic gardening
• Animal care – including two dogs
• Handyman – some electrical, plumbing and repair knowledge
• Carpentry, Cabinetry, room additions, decks, etc.
Full time job, although responsibilities can be divided among two people. Includes airport pickups and other errands. Seeking mature, experienced, responsible individuals with impeccable references.
