FULL-TIME LIVE-IN HOUSEKEEPER / ESTATE HOUSE MANAGER – PRIVATE RESIDENCE, KAUAI
An exceptional long-term opportunity for an experienced domestic professional to join a well-established household on the beautiful island of Kauai.
Our valued housekeeper of many years has been promoted within the family company, and we are now seeking a dedicated, career-minded professional to take full charge of the care and smooth running of our 5,000 sq. ft. private residence.
This is a permanent, live-in position ideally suited for a Chief Stew or Senior Housekeeper with at least 3 years of luxury household or yachting experience, who is ready to transition to an exclusive land-based role and grow with a warm, respectful family.
Key Responsibilities
•Complete hands-on housekeeping and organization of the residence
•Laundry management including stain treatment and wardrobe care
•Polishing and care of fine surfaces, furnishings, and finishes
•Daily home maintenance, inventory control, and vendor coordination
•Flower arranging, table settings, and dinner/event service (including wine service) upon occasion
•Proactive management of household projects and guest preparation
•Occasional driving and errands (vehicle provided)
The Ideal Candidate
You take pride in excellence and see housekeeping as a profession. You are:
•Detail-oriented, proactive, and discreet
•A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
•Highly organized and self-sufficient
•Experienced in luxury service environments (private homes, yachts, or 5-star hotels)
•A confident driver with a clean licence
•Spanish-speaking is a plus

•Full-time, Monday–Friday (NO weekends!) – 40 hours/week
