Housekeeper/Personal Assistant

Job Description:

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Personal Assistant to join our household team in San Juan, PR. The ideal candidate will ensure that the home and additional properties are clean, organized, and well-maintained, while also assisting with personal assistant duties, pet care, clothing management, and errands. This is a full-time position with a dynamic scope of responsibilities, requiring flexibility and a proactive approach.

Specifically, you should be able to:

• Keep primary residence and additional properties clean and well maintained
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and clean/stock restrooms
• Perform laundry services (washing, ironing, folding, and organizing)
• Manage wardrobes, including seasonal rotation and dry-cleaning coordination
• Perform light cooking and meal preparation as needed
• Clean upholstered furniture and perform deep cleaning (e.g., windows, power wash balcony, etc.)
• Provide pet care, including feeding, walking, and dog sitting when family is away
• Oversee multiple residences, ensuring each is stocked and ready for use
• Notify of necessary repairs and coordinate with service providers/vendors
• Run errands, manage schedules, and assist with travel coordination
• Maintain household supply inventory
• Uphold privacy and handle confidential information with professionalism
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Residing in Puerto Rico (San Juan area preferred)
• At least 5 personal/professional references
• No criminal history
• Valid Driver’s License
• Previous experience in housekeeping and personal assistant roles required
• Experience in property management and pet care strongly preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Superb organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision
• Positive attitude, adaptable to a dynamic schedule
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
