An ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) client with a diverse portfolio of luxury residences (urban, suburban, country, beach, and ranch) seeks a highly experienced Asset & Development Manager to oversee estate operations, property maintenance, and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience managing high-value properties, detailed renovations, and possibly commercial projects. This role requires a hands-on professional balancing strategic oversight with detailed project execution while ensuring impeccable quality and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Property Operations and Maintenance
  • Ensure all properties are meticulously maintained, meeting the highest quality and aesthetic standards.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive preventative maintenance schedules and vendor inspections.
  • Maintain and update household manuals, outlining all procedures, policies, and processes.
  • Proactively identify and address maintenance and repair needs while minimizing disruption to the family.
  • Provide timely responses and solutions outside regular business hours as needed.
  1. Project Management
  • Oversee multiple property renovation and construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • For accuracy, review and analyze proposals, architectural and technical plans (MEP, structural, and interior), and billing packages.
  • Track project deliverables, contracts, and Certificates of Insurance (COIs) to ensure compliance and timeliness.
  • Organize and lead project meetings with internal teams and external contractors, summarizing key points and deliverables.
  1. Vendor and Resource Management
  • Build strong relationships with a network of high-quality vendors, designers, contractors, and specialists.
  • Source and qualify materials, experts, and resources to meet the specific needs of each property.
