The selected candidate will be responsible for the impeccable upkeep of the property, including specialized cleaning of outdoor pool and deck areas, and comprehensive laundry services. Detailed Position Overview: The Temporary Full-Time Housekeeper will be responsible for a wide range of tasks aimed at preserving the pristine condition of the residence. This includes not only the interior living spaces but also significant attention to the exterior recreational areas. The role also encompasses providing thorough laundry services, ensuring the care and proper handling of various fabrics and garments. Due to the private nature of the household, a commitment to strict confidentiality and discretion is non-negotiable. The successful candidate must also be able to work collaboratively and effectively with two other established lead housekeepers.

Elaborated Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work Schedule: Full-time for the months of November and December. Specific days and hours may be subject to mutual agreement to best suit the needs of the household and the candidate's availability. Flexibility may be required on occasion to accommodate specific events or circumstances. Must have reliable transportation, and live within 30 minutes from Coral Gables.
• Minimum Prior Experience: A mandatory minimum of three (3) to four (4) years of demonstrably relevant experience in a similar residential housekeeping role is required. Candidates must provide verifiable references to support their experience.
• Core Responsibilities: Encompasses General Housekeeping (including but not limited to: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning, and overall tidiness, comprehensive Laundry Services (including washing, drying, ironing, folding, and proper storage of clothing and linens).
• Critical Requirement: Strict Discretion and the ability to maintain absolute confidentiality regarding all aspects of the household and its occupants are paramount and non-waivable. Background checks will be conducted to ensure the highest level of trustworthiness.
• Teamwork: Must be able to work effectively and cooperatively with two other established lead housekeepers.
