Housekeeper

PROFILE

I am seeking a housekeeper, fluent in English, with extensive experience providing full-service support to client and occassionally family.  Dedicated, non-smoking, trustworthy, hard-working, and well-organized with excellent time/resource management skills.  Works well with others. We will split our time between midtown apartment in NYC and home in Westchester. Driving and fluency with traffic apps a plus!

DUTIES

• Laundry and ironing, including hand washing and machine laundry
• Expert house cleaning when and where necessary on a daily basis
• Care of a small dog and occassional light marketing 
• Maintain order in all closets
• Experience in caring for fine furniture, art, silver, china, glassware, fine linens and precious objects
• According to local schedules, if other staff not available: take out the garbage, attend to recycling and make sure containers are clean
• Identify routine and emergency maintenance and repairs and report to the homeowner

COMPENSATION

To be negotiated, depending on experience and number of work days
