Ranch Hand | Private Ranch

A private estate is seeking a full-time Ranch Hand to support daily operations on a luxury ranch. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys physical work, learning new skills, and being part of a collaborative team.

This position is open to candidates who are new to ranch or property work. We are willing to train the right person who demonstrates a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and the right attitude.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting daily ranch and property operations

• Operating and maintaining equipment (training provided)

• Assisting with general property upkeep, landscaping, irrigation, and light construction

• Helping across different areas of the ranch as needed and backfilling for teammates

• Working independently on assigned tasks and following directions from the team

• Identifying issues and communicating them clearly to supervisors
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Around 2 years of related experience (ranch, farm, landscaping, construction, property work) — or less for the right person

• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and equipment

• Eager to learn, improve skills, and grow in the role

• Open to training and gaining certifications over time (arborist, applicator, irrigation, etc.)

•  Adapt to different tasks and responsibilities

• Takes direction well and works collaboratively with teammates

• Strong work ethic and a “do what needs to be done” mindset
