Description:
We are seeking an experienced, proactive estate housekeeper to join our private household and support the care of our primary residence as well as our on-property luxury short-term rental. This is an active, hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong sense of pride, excellent judgment, and the ability to maintain high standards without micromanagement.
The ideal candidate is someone who naturally notices what needs attention, stays in motion throughout the day, and maintains a polished, welcoming environment across both indoor and outdoor spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
•Maintain the main home’s cleanliness and organization to a luxury standard
•Manage household laundry for two adults; maintain linens and textiles with care
•Support turnovers and preparations for the on-property luxury guest cottage
•Monitor indoor and outdoor areas for cleanliness, readiness, and general upkeep
•Anticipate needs and address issues proactively
•Communicate maintenance concerns or supply needs promptly
•Work independently with professionalism, consistency, and integrity
Candidate Requirements:
•3+ years of experience in luxury homes, estates, or high-end hospitality
•Strong eye for detail and pride in maintaining beautiful spaces
•Self-directed and comfortable working without constant instruction
•Able to move between indoor and outdoor tasks throughout the day
•Trustworthy, dependable, and respectful of privacy
•Reliable transportation
