Executive Personal Assistant
Location: Palm Beach, FL (hybrid: remote, office, estate, and some travel as required)
Compensation: $125,000 DOE + benefits
About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable and discreet Executive Personal Assistant to support a prominent high-profile principal and his wife (“the Mrs.”) across light business, estate, and personal needs. This hybrid position blends high-level executive support with hands-on personal assistance, requiring someone proactive, resourceful, discreet, a "no job is too small or big" mentality, and committed to excellence.
Given the principal’s deep involvement with the current administration and a predominantly conservative professional ecosystem, the ideal candidate must be fully comfortable operating within this environment—exercising sound judgment, discretion, and alignment with the principal’s values and public-facing commitments. Otherwise, this role will not be a suitable fit.
This position reports directly to the Executive Assistant, who is based out of state, making humility, teamwork, and a willingness to learn essential. This is not a role for someone with ego or entitlement. We are looking for someone eager, grounded, and excited to grow long-term within a highly unique and dynamic support structure.
The primary estate is located in Okeechobee, FL, and the candidate must be comfortable commuting there as needed. The principal’s office is in Palm Beach, with an additional smaller residence also in Palm Beach. As the family’s footprint expands, this role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless operations across properties and daily life.
While this is a high-level position, it also offers flexibility, as the couple travels often, so someone who can work independent while they are away is key—no two days will look the same, and priorities will shift based on the principals’ needs. For the right candidate, this opportunity offers meaningful career growth and the chance to work with a truly exceptional family.

Provide comprehensive in-person personal assistance for the Mrs. (e.g., packing and unpacking, dry cleaning, errands, day-to-day needs), along with light executive support for the principal (scheduling, communications, and ad-hoc tasks).
-
Serve as the “boots on the ground” for both principals—anticipating needs, filling gaps, and stepping in wherever support is required.
-
Oversee and coordinate aspects of household management across multiple properties, ensuring smooth operations, identifying needs, and helping to build appropriate systems and processes.
-
Support the recruiting, hiring, and oversight of household staff or contractors as needed.
-
Assist in planning and executing small gatherings and events, including liaising with venues and handling details for high-profile guests.
-
Interface regularly with high-profile individuals, maintaining professionalism, discretion, and a polished presence at all times.
-
Maintain absolute confidentiality and loyalty when handling sensitive business, political, and personal matters.
-
Act as a trusted liaison with business partners, family offices, political connections, and VIP networks.
Qualifications
-
Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a high-level Executive or Personal Assistant, ideally within private households, family offices, or for high-net-worth individuals.

-
Proven ability to recruit, hire, and manage personnel when needed.
-
Experience planning and executing private events, gatherings, or high-profile meetings.
-
Demonstrated ability to work seamlessly with high-profile individuals and navigate complex, fast-moving, high-stakes environments.
-
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
-
Uncompromising discretion and loyalty; must be comfortable handling confidential and sensitive matters at all times.
-
Strong interpersonal skills and professional presence, with the ability to represent the principal and family confidently.
-
Must be comfortable operating within networks and environments aligned with the current administration, given the principal’s public role and affiliations.
